I can't believe how third year life would be this frustrating. My schedule is full and I can't even do stuff that I usually do back then. This week for me is the most busy week. Imagine, our soliloquy for CAE, talumpati for CAF, and Mastery tests are on the same week and get this, EXAMS are going to be next week. How the heck can I study with all these things plus our projects (deadline: nest week)? This is so crazy, my mind is not at peace. I don't even know where to start but I hope I will do fine.
I think that, CRAMMING is the only way. I mean it's so hopeless. For once, I don't want to think of anything related to school. I wish it's already our sem. break. I think my mind is going to blow off any minute now because of all the random things that's not making any sense in my mind (ugh!). Hopefully not. But thankfully, third quarter will be less pressuring for me. It is because, people are going to be busy for the play festival. Busy for others because they are going to act or have a major part of the play but for me it's the other way around. Since I don't act, I think I will stay backstage helping with the lights and props, I will do less things; meaning less problems and worries for me.lol! I still hope I could surpass this all :D

A Walk to Remember
I've watched the movie "A Walk to Remember" years ago. Since I was a little girl up to now, I never got bored watching the film. I slept late last night just to watch the movie with my roommates (our dorm mistress didn't catch us.lol) and surprisingly found myself still crying after how many times I watched it. "A Walk to Remember" for me is a classic love story. It's full of love and heartbreaks but still touches me so much. I'm planning to read the book but I have no time since I'm very busy especially this week and next week. Even though, I know I will find a time to read it.
Every time I watch the movie, the scene I'm really excited to watch is where Mandy Moore sung for their play and Shane West kissed her and it's not even part of the script because he was starting to fall in love with her. It was so romantic and Shane West was so hot back then.
Nicholas Sparks did a great job and I'm really thankful that he wrote this kind of book. The ending was not I expected to be but maybe that's the thing that keep us drawn by Nicholas Sparks' books. Even though, "A Walk to remember" will always serve as an inspiration to all and the kind of book/movie that we'll all remember.
Dorm life :D
Have you ever experienced living in a house, full of unknown people all by yourself? Well, as for me, my whole three years I spent most of the time with the people I just met few years ago and these people change my life.
I live in a far place and I never expected that I would live in a dorm and spend my whole high school life by myself. Well, that's pretty tough. Everybody seemed a stranger to me and I was not use in the environment. I have to adjust to many things like the people, place, and even the language. I think I'm not be able to survive my high school years but I was wrong. It was easier for me to feel comfortable, it is because of my dormates. They welcomed me warm-heartedly and I never felt alone. And now, the people I put my trust into and the one I'm always with, is them. I don't feel homesick anymore because they are there by my side keeping me company.
This people made the worst and best of me and still accepted me for who I am. The memories I spent with them is one in a million. We build the kind of sisterhood that can't easily be forgotten. We are all different types of people and came together for a certain reason. I may not know that reason but I'm glad I've met them. They have become part of my life and will always be. And the very important lesson I've learned with my whole years being with them is that it's not where you are, it's who you're with.

Top 10 WEIRD laws
10: Most Middle Eastern countries recognize the following Islamic law: "After having sexual relations with a lamb, it is a mortal sin to eat its flesh." (umm OK, I’m sure the lamb appreciates that one)
9: In Lebanon, men are legally allowed to have sex with animals, but the animals must be female. Having sexual relations with a male animal is punishable by death. (OK, like THAT makes sense...)
8: In Bahrain, a male doctor may legally examine a woman’s genitals, but is forbidden from looking directly at them during the examination. He may only see their reflection in a mirror. (Ouch!)
7: Muslims are banned from looking at the genitals of a corpse. This also applies to undertakers; the sex organs of the deceased must be covered with a brick or a piece of wood at all times. (...a brick?)
6: The penalty for masturbation in Indonesia is capitation. (Wonder how they enforce that one?)
5: There are men in Guam whose full-time job is to travel the countryside and deflower young virgins, who pay them for the privilege of having sex for the first time. Reason: under Guam law, it is expressly forbidden for virgins to marry. (Now let’s just think for a minute...is there any job anywhere else in the world that even comes close to this?)
4: In Hong Kong, a betrayed wife is legally allowed to kill her adulterous husband, but may only do so with her bare hands. (The husband’s lover, on the other hand, may be killed in any manner desired. COOL)
3: Topless saleswomen are legal in Liverpool, England, but only in tropical fish stores. (Of course!)
2: In Santa Cruz, Bolivia it is illegal for a man to have sex with a woman and her daughter at the same time. (We have to presume this was a big enough problem that they had to pass this law...)
And the wierdest law in the world is...
1: In Cali, Colombia, a woman may only have sex with her husband, and the first time this happens her mother must be in the room to witness the act. (I shudder at the thought. How many of us would be virgins today?)

be Thankful of what we have
A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: "I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the hat.
A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.
Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, "Were u the one who changed my sign this morning? What did u write?"
The man said, "I only wrote the truth. I said what u said but in a different way."
What he had written was: "Today is a beautiful day & I cannot see it."
oh what a waste :(
One day a fisherman got up very early in the morning. There was not enough sunlight to get into the sea. He saw a pack of stones to pass time. He started throwing the stone into the sea. While having the last stone in the hand, the sun came up then he saw that the stone was a diamond and all the stones he threw were diamonds as well. He felt for his misfortune of throwing all of them into the sea...

New Perspective (Bible Camp)
Bible Camp had a big impact on me. It changed my perspective in life. I learned many things and met different kinds of people that I haven't encountered before. I've seen the realities in life when I joined the Bible Camp. Assumptionist, like me are just used of being pampered all the time. I seldom exert effort in the things that I do. And I was never that dependent until I joined the Bible Camp. The things that I have encountered were not so ordinary for me. I always feel there's something missing in my life and I'm never satisfied with it but low and behold many people are not so lucky unlike me but satisfied with their lives. It's just like Assumption has these barriers that blocks me from the realities of life.
I learned that there's so much unlucky people and I must be satisfied with what I've got. I don't like to mingle with others cause' I'm used to stay in my own group but I realize there's so much things to know and I'm really that innocent not to notice these things that are happening around me. It's really different from the lifestyle I used to have than in the Bible Camp. I learned not to complain and to be more patience. There are lots of controversial things that had happened and the best thing to do is just to stay quiet.
The experience on the Bible Camp was truly genuine. My experience can never be bought nor replace and the things I've learned can never fade away. It was once in a lifetime experience and I will treasure it with whole life.
